Ms. Rowan has been practicing law since 1983. All of that time has been primarily devoted to property and casualty litigation. She has been particularly active in premises liability, defending The Korman Group as well as other major corporate property owners for physical defects on property, criminal acts of third parties on landowners property, etc. Ms. Rowan has extensive experience in automobile litigation. She is also involved in representing railroads in FELA actions in addition to actions involving injured passengers, trespassers and premises liability actions concerning the railroad.
