For the first year following her graduation from law school, Ms. Lippy was a judicial law clerk to the honorable James R. Cavanaugh, of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Ms. Lippy currently is involved in the defense of railroad clients, including handling FELA and occupational claims. She also handles premises liability claims and automobile litigation for self-insured corporations and insurance companies.
