Since its inception in 1982, Gallagher & Rowan has been involved in litigation primarily representing corporations, self-insured corporations, insurance carriers, railroads, banks, chemical companies, real estate owners, health care providers, and power companies.

Litigation remains the primary focus of the firm but in recent years the firm has also engaged in elder law, trust, estates and employment issues, in addition to the handling of various business disputes. The firm has also engaged in a small plaintiff's practice where it has represented deserving clients for personal injury and wrongful death.

For more than twenty (20) years, the attorneys of Gallagher & Rowan, P.C. have zealously represented their individual and corporate clients in a dedicated and professional manner. The firm has maintained the highest standard with regards to its litigation practice. This is attested to by the large number of clients who have remained with the firm since its inception.
